Built for agencies,
by an agency.
Snagger was born out of frustration. We spent years building websites for clients, drowning in screenshot-annotated emails, Slack threads with no context, and feedback spreadsheets nobody could follow. We knew there had to be a better way.
Our mission
We are on a mission to make website feedback as simple as pointing at a screen and saying “this.” Snagger is a visual annotation tool that lets designers, developers, project managers, and clients collaborate directly on live or staged websites.
No more context-switching between tools. No more vague descriptions like “the thing on the right side isn't aligned.” With Snagger, every piece of feedback is pinned to the exact element it refers to, visible to the whole team, and trackable from open to resolved.
We believe the best software is built when the feedback loop is tight, transparent, and frictionless. That is what Snagger delivers.
What we believe
Clarity over complexity
We believe feedback tools should be obvious. If it takes a tutorial to leave a comment, something is wrong.
Speed matters
Every click, every load, every transition — we obsess over performance so your team never waits.
Context is king
Feedback belongs where the work happens — on the website itself. Not in email threads, not in spreadsheets.
Ship with confidence
When every issue is tracked, visible, and resolved, you can launch knowing nothing was missed.
Our story
Snagger started as an internal tool at a small web agency. We were tired of the endless back-and-forth of annotated screenshots sent over email. Our developers would squint at cropped PNGs trying to figure out which button the client was talking about, while our designers would lose track of feedback scattered across three different platforms.
So we built a prototype — a simple overlay that let anyone click on an element and leave a comment. Within a week, our entire team had adopted it. Within a month, our clients were asking if they could use it too. That prototype became Snagger.
Today, Snagger is used by agencies and development teams around the world. We are a small, bootstrapped team committed to building the best visual feedback tool on the market — one that stays fast, stays simple, and puts your team on the same page.
