1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Snagger (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Snagger is a visual website annotation and feedback platform that allows teams to leave comments directly on web pages. The Service includes the web application, browser tools, APIs, and any related documentation.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You may not use the Service to: (a) upload or transmit malicious code; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts; (d) scrape, crawl, or index the Service for purposes unrelated to your use; or (e) violate the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Snagger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — you retain all rights to feedback, comments, and other materials you submit through the Service.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snagger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
